Manassas Park

Manassas Park, VA is a small independent city incorporated in 1975 and home to over 15,000 residents. It’s only 2.5 sq miles in size. Flanked by the city of Manassas, Manassas Park has its own government body and school system with four public schools. Commuters will enjoy utilizing the Manassas Park VRE rail station with easy access into Washington, DC. Home searchers will find condos, townhomes and single family homes to choose from. Original homes in town were built in the 1950’s and you’ll notice some new home construction in the area since 2000. Manassas Park is home to the private, 18-hole Generals Ridge Golf Course.
