University Park

University Park, MD, as the name implies, is a small neighborhood of less than 2,500 residents located adjacent to College Park and the University of Maryland. This vibrant community is filled with beautiful homes spaced out along tree-lined streets. Also as its name implies, University Park is often home to professors or students. With the location being within walking distance to campus, residents have access to all the fun activities of a university town including sporting events and theatrical performances. While in University Park, you are also within walking distance of the College Park Metro Station on the Green/Yellow Line. Centrally located within University Park is the Town Park and Wells Run Playground. Just around the corner in Riverdale is a shopping center with Whole Foods, Denizens Brewing Company, Burtons Grill and Bar, and Gold’s Gym.
