Lanham

Just outside the Capital Beltway between Greenbelt Road and Annapolis Road is the town of Lanham, MD, home to more than 11,000 residents. The area is primarily a bedroom community with a large mix of older and newer homes ranging from condos to townhomes to single-family residences. The area is super convenient with access to the New Carrolton Metro station on the orange line as well as major arteries such as Rt. 50 and the Capital Beltway.
Laurel – Laurel, MD is ideally located along Rt. 1 and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway making it a fantastic location for residents who may want to commute to either locale. More than 20,000 residents call Laurel home as it covers a large geographic area with some sections of town crossing over into Anne Arundel, Howard and Montgomery Counties. There are plenty of shops and restaurants all along Rt. 1. You’ll also find Laurel Park Racetrack where bettors have been placing wagers on their favorite thoroughbred horses since 1911. There are a number of large, newer planned communities in the area including Patuxent Greens, Russett and Watershed.
