Mitchellville, MD is located just outside the Capital Beltway between Rt. 50 and Lottsford Rd. The area is primarily a bedroom community and home to more than 11,000 residents. Most of the homes are newer and larger single-family homes with Woodmore being one of the newer communities offering luxury townhomes. Just around the corner is the Woodmore Town Center with Wegmans, Best Buy, Starbucks, Silver Diner and Copper Canyon Grill.
