Temple Hills

Temple Hills, MD is a town of fewer than 5,000 residents who make their home between the DC line and the Capital Beltway along Rt. 5 (Branch Avenue). The prime locale close to I-295, the Capital Beltway and the Nailor Road Metrorail station makes Temple Hills a great commuter location. Most of the homes in the area are older, dating back to the 1930s and range from townhomes to single-family dwellings. The shops at Iverson Mall provide local residents with commercial opportunities and restaurants for dining delights including Chipotle, Bojangles, Wingstop and Charley’s Cheesesteaks. The mall could be redeveloped soon making way for a mix of new housing and commercial space. Even better is the Marlo Heights Shopping Center with Giant Food, Ledo Pizza, Taco Bell, KFC, Dollar Tree and movie theatre.
