Riverdale

Riverdale, MD (or Riverdale Park as it is now often referred to) is located adjacent to Hyattsville with a population just shy of 7,000 residents. The area dates back to the early 1800s but it saw significant new residential construction between 1940 and 1970. Today, you’ll find many of the original homes that are mostly one or two level brick ramblers. With the addition of the Riverdale Park Station, area residents can now enjoy a Whole Foods Market, Gold’s Gym, District Taco, Burtons Grill and Bar, Starbucks and Denizens Brewing
