Capitol Heights

As its name would imply, Capitol Heights, MD is located just over the Washington DC line on Rt. 214 (Central Avenue). With its proximity to such major attractions, it is a prime location with easy access on Metrorail’s Blue Line. Most of the homes in the area are older single-family homes dating back to the 1920s. Some new home construction has started in the area with communities like Gateway Park and Deanwood Park leading the way.
