Berwyn Heights

Though small in scale, Berwyn Heights, MD is a purely residential small town located inside the Capital Beltway just east of College Park along Kenilworth Avenue. In fact, it’s so small, it’s less than one square mile and home to less than 4,000 residents. A number of homes are listed as historic sites. For shopping and restaurants, residents often head to Rt. 1 in College Park or to the Beltway Plaza Mall where you will find a Target, Giant Food, CVS, Mission BBQ and Silver Diner.
